BTD25350xx is a series of dual-channel isolated gate driver ICs, with 10A output peak current, insulation voltage up to 5000Vrms (@SOW-18 package), and can be used to drive power devices such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, SiC MOSFETs, etc.

The primary side of BTD25350xx provides disable (DIS) pin and dead time setting (DT) pin. Three pin configurations are available for the secondary side: BTD25350MM provides miller- clamp; BTD25350MS provides separated turn-on and turn-off output pins; BTD25350ME has under-voltage protection for the secondary positive power supply.

Applications:Motor drives, Charging Stations, Telecom Power Supplies, Automotive On-board Power Supplies, UPS, String PV Inverters, etc.
