BTD21520xx are dual-channel isolated gate driver ICs, with output peak current typical values of 4A/6A, insulation voltage up to 5000Vrms@SOW-14 package, 3000Vrms@SOP-16 package, strong inference immunity, up to 100V/ns, low transmission delay 45ns, providing 3 kinds of pin configurations: BTD21520M provides disable pin (DIS) and dead time setting (DT), BTD21520S provides disable pin (DIS), BTD21520E provides single PWM input. Secondary side VDD under-voltage lockout has two options available: 5.7V and 8.2V respectively.
