BTD5350xx are single-channel isolated gate driver ICs, with output peak current typical value of 10A, insulation voltage up to 5000Vrms@SOW-8 package, 3000Vrms@SOP-8 package, strong interference immunity, up to 100V/ns, low transmission delay to 60ns, providing 3 kinds of pin configurations: BTD5350M provides gate Miller clamp function, BTD5350S provides independent turn-on and turn-off output pins, BTD5350E has under-voltage protection function for the secondary positive power supply. Secondary side VCC under-voltage lockout has two options: 8V and 11V respectively.

Application Fields:Server power supplies, Isolated DC-DC and AC-DC power supplies, solar inverters, motor drives, EV charging, UPS, etc.
