Located in Guangming district of Shenzhen City, BASiC Semiconductor’s Automotive SiC Fab covers an area of 13,000 square meters, equipped with professional equipment for lithography, oxidation, activation, injection, thin film, etching, etc. The main products are 6-inch SiC MOSFET wafers, etc. After reaching its full capacity, the fab can fulfill the chip demand of about 500,000 EVs annually.

BASiC Semiconductor is establishing an Integrated Device Manufacturing to accelterate the collaborative iteration of design and manufacturing. BASiC is promoting the development of advanced process technology, conducting verification of domestic equipment and material, creating a R&D manufacturing talent training platform, forming the next generation of SiC core technology with independent intellectual property rights, and securing the domestic automotive-grade SiC chip supply chain achieve.
